Villa Marconi is funded by the Ministry of Long-Term Care and is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). We are an "A" facility as we meet the latest design requirements. 

Our goal is to be the best Long-Term Care Cente in Ontario and to be recognized as a Center for Excellence by our stakeholders and educational institutions that send their students for placement at our Home. Our vision is based on what we know to be true in a typical Italian home. Our residents can always expect clean and comfortable accommodations, respect, dignity, quality care, and wonderful food. All residents of Villa Marconi and their families expect and receive nothing less from our dedicated staff. We have a wonderful multi-disciplinary team that is comprised of management, health professionals, volunteers, and family members who are all working to make Villa Marconi the best long-term care facility in Ontario.

At Villa Marconi, we take pride in providing quality healthcare in a warm and caring environment. Our Long-Term Care Centre is primarily engaged in serving the interest of the Italian community. We offer a full range of services designed to provide our residents with the health, emotional, social and spiritual support they need. Our Residents First Program focuses on improving and maintaining a high standard of quality of life for our residents. This program has become our philosophy where we deliver our care and services with joy, vision, compassion and commitment to each of our residents. To ensure that our residents have a voice, the Residents’ Council and Food Committee meet monthly to discuss resident concerns, issues, needs, ideas and priorities.
